- Essential factors of a great site include visibility, accessibility, proximity to complementary businesses, and lease terms
- Our in house construction team will project manage the build out from start to finish – from store design to subcontracting to signage and beyond.
Training & Operations
Our Operations team serves as a liaison between the franchisor and franchisees. We provide training and support to new franchisees to help them launch and operate their businesses successfully. This involves:
- 2 week thorough training course teaches you how to produce and serve consistently perfect product – profitably
- Food preparation
- Office procedures
- Basic management
- Hiring
- Guest focused, service-centric approach
- On-site training prior to grand opening
- Ongoing support through field visits or virtual channels
- Providing access to operational resources and best practices
Marketing
Our marketing department is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote the brand, attract customers, and drive sales. Some duties include:
