Chopped Leaf, the fast-casual restaurant known for its delicious and nutritious salads, wraps, and bowls, has opened its first location in the community. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch, feeding the family, or looking for feel-good food on the go, Chopped Leaf offers something for everyone — made fresh, just the way you like it. It's a new option for locals who care about eating well without sacrificing flavour or convenience.
“Brooks felt like the perfect place for a Chopped Leaf. It's a growing community with a real appreciation for fresh, healthy food options,” said franchisee Shantanu Tiwari. “I saw a gap in the market for convenient, customizable salads, wraps, and grain bowls, and I knew Chopped Leaf's focus on quality ingredients and vibrant flavours would resonate with the people here. To celebrate, the community is invited to a special Grand Opening event being held on Friday, May 9th – from 10am-9pm at the new restaurant located at 715 2 St W. A Grand Opening ribbon cutting will kick off the day at 10:00 am with other special activities including a balloon pop for free prizes, a catering contest, and giveaways of gift vouchers and other merchandise.
“Beyond the delicious and healthy menu, we're focusing on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We want this to be a place where people can relax, connect, and enjoy a great meal,” Shantanu added.
